Keep it and don't send them any money. They will bug you with three letters. Each one will look a little more official than the last. The funny thing is they start using very loose language like "importance of good credit scores" and "honoring financial committments". I got the 2nd letter entitled "Time to Let Us Know Your Decision" (whether to send it back or send them $12.95). But at the bottom of the letter it says I am under no obligation to ... send it back and can consider it a free gift, because I didn't order it. Thank you Bassmaster!
