WHY OMC WENT OUT OF BUSINESS?

I know this has been asked before, but I would like to know just why OMC went belly up? I mean, they made a really good motor. WHY?

as stated above Greenmarine aka greenaquasitions/aka george soros.the original OMC WAS NOT DOING WELL when greenmarine bought them as they had lost alot of money in the boat business but the company could have been saved.roger penske was the other bidder when OMC was up for sell & many believed if he had gained controll he would have been able to turn things around.Soros & company just ran it into the ground.
