93 no ethanol verses 91 with ethanol
I have a chance to get non ethanol fuel for the near future. I have a
2.6l 200 hpdi with hydrotec heads tuner and reeds. Before I was encouraged
to run 91 octane 93 was not necessary. This ethanol free is only in 93 octane.
I guess my question is is the 93 going to be worse for the engine than running
the ethanol and 91 octane??

The 93 without ethanol is the way to go http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/thumbsup2.gif IMO 91 is the mid grade fuel in most states and is the fuel with the lest traffic at the pump and in some cases does not maintain becasue of shelf life! I highly recommend premium just for that reason and if it is ethanol free............even better http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/thumbsup2.gif

Wow, you have a chance to get the best of both worlds. I'm forced to choose between 93 with Ethanol versus 91 no Ethanol. I go with the 91 no Eth every chance I get even though I have the HT heads. The E-gas is baaaaad for boats...
