My buddy has a 200 hp on a zx200 skeeter, what are the differences between the 200, 225, 250 3.1L efi engines? He wants to hop it up to 250HP, is hydro tec the only route to take? Or is it just programing?

If I was to hypothetically hop up my engine, I would start with phasing then go from there. Hypothetically of course. Port polishing, BP etc. and eventually a brain box off a 225 or 250.
