What can I get for a blown up 2003 HPDI 250 VMAX?

Not sure why it blew up.. The motor will start and idle.. just has no compression in the cylinders. It didnt explode and no oil or holes in the block ect. I can take pics, but it just looks like a normal motor as all damage is internal.
