Keep in mind, it's still not easy to lift a motor that heavy.
Once upon a time, at a ramp far far away, I had to tie my 150 to a light pole and drive forward.

I know it's heavy but I can lift it, I have in the past. I can lower it and lift it manually while on the tilt cylinder but after I lower it onto trim rams about halfway or all the way down I can't lift it. Trust me I thought of using a winch but if I can't do it by hand I'm not forcing it.
