Yes sir your fine I run the same in mine . http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/thumbsup2.gif http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/thumbsup2.gif
I'd add Marine Stabil to each tank also.
Yep...and run Marine Stabil to tackle the ethanol. Luckily I still get 100% gas here locally.... http://www.bassboatcentral.com/boardstuff2/beers.gif
Do you have to run ring free? I have only been using the marine stabil. The ring free is expensive. But I guess its cheaper than blowing a motor.
I am unsure, I am new to Yammys but hte previous owner always did so I am going to continue the trend.
I was told to run ringfree in every tank when u break it down it's not that much . If u can't run ringfree in every tank try to run it in every other tank I think in the long run it will help the motor . Just my 2 cent . http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/thumbsup2.gif
Yamaha will build up carbon ringfree is designed to break it down. Also Seafoam is another great product to do this, instead of ringfree. Unless you can find specials on seafoam the price is about the same for both.
Try Startron it does it all and that seems to be the best thing out there now speaking with everyone. thats all i use now.... http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/thumbsup2.gif
I went to a yamaha dealer by my house and the ring free is 40 bucks for a little bottle. And it already cost me a couple hundred to fill up. If it works its worth it though.
$40 for a quart bottle that will treat 320 gallons of gas doesnt seem too high to me. Seafoam will cost a LOT more than that at 1 oz per gallon of gas.
