150 HPDI Cowling (Tornado damage)
The cowling on my Champ took a couple or hard licks, thanks to the tornado that hit us in Athens a couple weeks back. With loosing the house and other things, I finally got around to dealing with the boat. Took it to a local shop and they are wanting around $900 to fix the cowling. Was wondering if anyone has any info on finding a used one? I know they are probably few and far between but I figured it is worth a shot. Also is the 175 and 150 cowlings the same size?
Thanks!

They are the same size. Both are the same block. Check boats.net. Might be able to et a new for the price to fix that one.

As are the 2.6L 200 HPDI. But do not get them confused with the Big Block 200 HPDI. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/wink.gif
Basically, if it's got that 'silver Darth Vader' thingy, it'll fit. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/thumbsup2.gif
Good Luck ! Hate to hear you were effected by those storms, but glad to see you must be alright.
