Changed all the filters on my 250hpdi now what.....
changed all 4 filters today on my 2006 Yamaha....took some time but i did it all myself......i hooked up the hose to the motor an started it up to see if i ran better.....i primed the bulb an started it up....started right up the first time an then killed....started up a second time an then killed......now it wont start....the primer bulb is hard....so its getting fuel....is there somewhere a guy can bleed of any air that got in there when i changed all 4 filters........Any ideas on what else this might be??? im pretty sure i got all the filters together.....i took my time an read everything on this site http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/mad.gif

My friend had the same problem turned out to be the fuel pump on top of the motor that was bad the HPDI one.

Mine had a black plastic cap that you took off and you'd see what looks like a valve stem for a tire...I bled the air through this. Did you pre-fill the water separator with gas? Maybe there's a lot of air in the system.
