Does anyone know where I can get a skeg guard for a 2006 250 Vmax. I can't seem to find one because my motor had the concave skeg. I knocked enough of it off that I don't think it should matter. Bass Pro Shops has them, Looks like the SS00512 would be what you want if you think the concave doesn't matter. Maybe this will help you.

I believe the concave skeg in your LU is there for a reason.
If you where to replace it with a straight replacement skeg, I don't know what kind of performance or handling you would get.
