Is anyone waiting on a SHO like me? I have a deposit on one, but was told that there is a long waiting list to get a motor. Just curious to see what everyone else was told. I live in WI, so obviously there is no hurry, just thinkin of next season thats all.
I bought one earlier this year. Put a deposit middle of april and got the motor in middle of june. I think that high volume dealers and boat/motor combos get priority but not really sure

I found one in july and did not have a wait. Some dealers have more pull than others. At least that is what West Coast Marine Service where I got my motor told me. I only paid $18.325.00 for a 250 SHO. I did however call most of the California Yamaha dealers to get the lowest price by letting them know they were competing for my business.

i waited 8 weeks for mine this summer
I paid 17, 200 for 200 and that includes everything but rigging. Wouldn't you think the price of these will go up, since there is such a high demand for these motors?
Ed's marine superstore has the 250 SHO listed at 15,900! ??
Yeah I saw their website, but unless I am mistaken they are located somewhere south like TN?
