Lower unit water leaks?

I don't know if water is supposed to come out of here or not? Thanks for the help.

thats an exaust releif port above your cavatation plate, and water will come out of it while on the muffs. the holes are drain holes for the mid and lowerunit, and will pee while on the muffs and drain when engine is off.
