Selling Lower Uni, 3.1L Need Help on $??

I am selling a 2001 3.1L 225 vmax lower unit. I really don"t know what it is worth. It is in good shape but the prop shaft has right at 1/16th of an inch bend in it. It still works fine. I run it about every other day. No vibration or anything. No metal in the oil ever. I change it about every 3 months. I have went to a 3.3L HPDI L/U since I put in the HT phase II kit in. The lower unit has the 1.81:1 gears. Anyways I am wanting your alls opinion on what it is worth. ( Moderators, I am not trying to sell it here)

I've had mine for sale for the last six months. Check ebay and compare. You'll see them rebuilt and such for anywhere from $800-$1800. Bent shaft, working and fine or not, that'll knock some $$ off. 1/16 is actually a pretty large amount when talking about shaft runout. Eventually the seals will go.

I was going to sell mine (came off a blown powerhead) for $800 as I just had the shaft and seals checked the week before it blew, and the water pump has about 30 minutes on it. It's still for sale in my garage. Not many people "upgrade" to a 3.1 lower, so it may sit there all winter. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/cold1.gif
