anybody know where this piece goes

this is off a 2003 225 hpdi.it would not go into reverse and when we took the cover we tried to put in reverse and this piece fell off.it has one bolt and the bolt has backed out but we can't figure out where it goes.checked yamaha's website nad still couldn't find it on there parts site. anybody help?

It looks like the fuel injector cap. The cap is the piece that hold the fuel injectors in place.

i think my partner has some bad problems.his engine wont go in reverse so it is either a lower unit or shift cable.
