Ignition Clicks Before Starting Motor ??

Can someone tell me why my 250 Yam HPDI has starting clicking when I turn the key????? It eventually turns the motor over, which runs fine once it's started. The problem is getting it to turn over on the first key turn. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/doh.gif

Low batery, Old battery Or too small of a batt. Check for clean and tight batt connections too.
