My 2006 - 115 4 stroke stalls like it is running out of gas while cruising on the lake. I put in a new fuel filter and it still pulls a vacumn on the system to where the gas bulb deflates and goes flat. My dealer says it is possibly vapor locking and to run without the hood on but I think that sounds lame. Do you have any ideas for me.
