Hey guys.
Here is a pic of the seepage I have in my lower unit after 5 days of sitting in the driveway. There is no oil on the ground...just this seepage in the photo.
I already replaced the two seals that are just below the water pump impeller.
This is a 97 ProV 150.
Do I have a leak? Shift shaft seal?
The engine was in the 'lowered' position for the week.

That is in a strange location to leak, I am curious also. You can see by the scuff marks that is right about where the motor toter rests but wouldn't think that would have anything to do with it. Can't imagine what is causing that. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/doh.gif
Yeah, that hole 'pees' water when you raise the engine (when in the water of course!).
I think when I did the two seals below the impeller, I should have done the shift shaft seal.....
Maybe, I'll change it this weekend.
