After fishing on an idle only lake all weekend a couple weeks ago I took the boat out for the first time last night for a tuesday night tournament. I went to go take off and the motor would bog and only get to about 3000 rpm and couln't even get on plane. I am glad I didn't get run over. Would should I check first.

Wawa check first that you have a Racor fuel/water separator installed in your fuel line.

If you don't then I would install one ASAP. You'll probably find that you have one or more dirty (clogged) filters under the hood. At least it's an HPDI and they can read the computer to see what's what.

Ended up being plugs. I will have to check for a racor. Is it possible it is under the tray with the charger on it on the transom.
Yamaha installed one under warranty for me, so check that before you spend the bucks
