I would get the sync & link done and timing ,Just to be safe. If still have your idle stabilizer I get rid of it while your at it , I had mine removed , BIG improvment.

Timing MUST be reset. Absolutely VERY critical.
In order to accurately answer this question, we'll need to know:
-Serial Number
-Does the engine still have the idle stabilizer/advance module?
STRONGLY recommend that you have an OEM Service manual, a timing light, and an APPROPRIATE DIAL INDICATOR TOOL on hand. These are required to properly set the timing. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/wink.gif
