2 Questions Lifting Promax / Impeller for Sportmaster
I want to raise my motors up higher on the jack plates, I am having to trim them to far out to get them far enough out of the water and I feel like it is hurting performance. Where is the best place to hook the hoist up to to lift the motors. 2001 Promax 300x
Second, I want to change the impeller on my Sportmaster lower units, I believe they are also 2001 and am not sure of any serial or model number or what ratio they are if it matters. Does anyone have a part number for the impeller? Also, is there any difference in dropping these vs a standard drive?
Thanks in advance.

The best means of lifting the engine is with an OEM lifting eye: Part# 904551 (screws directly into the center of the flywheel- install a minimum of 5 full turns).
Gearcase removal is much the same as any other.
Water pump part numbers:
43026T2 Impeller
43026Q06 (Impeller, plate, gaskets and seal)
817275A08 (Complete Kit with housing)
