It CANNOT be this difficult to buy a motor!! It just can't!!!

Boats.net has it.
My 1st call, I got the salesman and asked him how much shipping cost.
He gave me a "guess" and told me it'd have to be shipped to and installed by a Yamaha Dealer..and, to call him back when I found said Dealer.

I thought this might be stepping on a localer dealers toes (so to speak), by buying a motor elsewhere, instead of from a localer dealer.
SO, I started calling local dealers and asking for a motor.
1st dealer said yes, he would sell me an engine, BUT, he had none and it'd be 6 months before he even knew if he could get one. I inquired about having one shipped to him and paying him for the install. Then he says he has no forklift.
There's number 1 WTF!!!

Called Trader Bills. Yeah, no problem, let us check and call ya back with a price.
They call back the next day. It'll be at least Jan and maybe longer before we can get, just not real sure.
Well, I need now....How bout receiving one and installing it for me? Uhhh, we won't do that. You'de be taking our sale.
WHAT SALE!!?? You don't have it. Can't get it. And, won't help, even for a fee?

FINALLY, A-1 Marine in Russellville. Flat blew away everybody's prices, but, again....gonna be several months. I asked about shipping to them and them installing. They said, Sure, No problem. Glad to help, Installation is $$$ much, and we'll be more than happy to service it for you, work on it for you, whatever ya need.

Cool, now back to boats.net to getr'done.
Been getting the runaround from them for several days now. Won't return my calls and every time I get ahold of somebody, it's another call to somebody else they need to make and they'll call me back....and never do....
WTF!!!

So, While I'm waiting, I see a guy on here has a prop listed $500 + shipping. A week ago I ask him. Do you still have this prop?

It's been a week now....no motor deal yet, and no prop deal yet. Guess nobody want's to sell my anything. Maybe they need me to attempt to haggle or kick tires or think about it or something?
I've been perfectly clear. I'm ready to buy, how much money do you want is what I've been asking. 7 days later, I still don't know.

For God's sake, how do you pay a person $25 or $35?

Well, they e-mailed me the Sales Order.
With instructions to sign by both "x"s and fax it back to them. Along with payment instructions.
Problem is, there is only one "x" on this invoice, and nowhere else I can see that asks for a signature.
Going on two days now and no response to my "Where's the 2nd "x" ? question....
