Nothing like getting out on the Arkansas River today with my son, home from Arkansas Tech, to do a little fishing. It was brutal, but he got some seat time driving the Cat, learning navigational markers and all the safety things he will need at Dardanelle. Watched the look on his face when I told him to let the Cat out of the bag, and how to run on top end. Nothing like seeing his confidence grow while the ol' Mariner is screamin at 5900 rpms....
Now he and the daughter headed up to Lake Conway with the War Eagle/25hp for some pad fishin'...
Tomorrow, he wants to head back in the afternoon, so we may tow the Cat up and hit Dardanelle....

Had a great long weekend fishing on Lake Barkley KY with my brother. Got to ride in his new Skeeter ZX200 with SHO 200 and we did pretty good on the fishing catching as well.
