Yep, I was just as suprised as the next person to see both teams come back out on the field after the end of the game Saturday.
I mean, the fans were celebrating in the stands.
The band took the field and was marching around in celebration.
Yep, Another Razorback Victory in the books.
Then they come back out and start playing again???
WHEN did they go from 30 to 60min for games????
Everybody knows Arkansas only plays 30 minutes.
WTF??
Observation comparing Alabama and Arkansas to Other teams so far...
1) Bama shouldn't be ranked number 1.
2) Hogs probably shouldn't have been ranked 10.
3) Mallett is NOT a Heisman contender.
4) Ingram....Might be a Heisman contender....Might....

You will see by the end of the year that....
1.) Bama is a legitimate number 1 team....
2.) Hogs will be top 10 at the end of the year...
3.) Malette will be at the Heisman show...
4.) I agree with this...but he missed the first two games which will hurt him.

Mallet has a long way to go before he wins a big one. Cracks under pressure.
Ingrams "wants" the ball when the game is on the line, Mallet wants someone else to do it. Difference between a great player and mediocre.
Mallet makes too many mistakes to be Heisman material. He's good yes, but to be BEST / NUMBER ONE player in college football this year? Not a chance!
Ingram? Worthy of consideration, but, not yet either. The rest of the season will tell. Although, I think consideration will be all he's worth.

Just me, but I think the top 10 teams in the nation should know how to play a full game of football.
It's taken the Hogs two SEC games to play a full 60 minutes of football.
After one conference game, Even Alabama only played 30 min of ball, just happenned to be the correct 30 min.
Time will tell though. Both teams will need to show CONSIDERABLE improvement to maintain their current rankings though.

The game was exactly what everyone should expect from 2 top 10 teams...and definitely what should be expected from 2 SEC top 10 teams. Down to the wire. That being said...Bama is the real deal. SEC rocks!

They were number 1....they won on the road in the SEC over a top 10 team....no reason for Alabama to drop in the polls.

The way I understand the rankings, a win is a win, but a loss isn't neccesarily a loss.
