20'er Questions

I've pretty much got my mind set that I want a 21'er, but, I've seen a couple 20'ers that I really like.

How does the front deck on a 20'er fish with 2 people? do you feel kinda crammed? My tournament partner/brother doesn't seem to ever wanna back up off my junk while we're fishing (and he really doesn't bother me). Anybody know how long the deck is on a 20 from furthest point of carpet to the edge of the stepdown?? This way i can compare to the boat i have now.

I have never fished out of a 20' Bullet. I have a 20' Ally now and it can get kind of cramped at times. I had a 21' Bullet and I think you could fish 4 people up there and not get in each others way. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/Laugh.gif Seriously the 21' deck is HUGE!

the 21 is the better tourney platform in my opinion. Has larger front deck and rides better

You can fish 2 on the front of a 20. I had a 20xdc for 4 years and did it all the time. The 21 does have alot more up front so its alot nicer but it can be done with a 20. The 20xrd has more deck up front than the other 20ft models so I dont think you would have any problem with one of those. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/thumbsup2.gif

I have had not problem fishing two in the front of my 20xrd. The 21's deck is bigger, but I have not had any trouble what so ever fishing 2 in the front. I had a 20xd with a 225 proxs on it. It had a sporty lu with 1.62 gears in it and it would run mid to low 80's with 2 loaded to fish, and get good fuel mileage doing it http://www.bassboatcentral.com/boardstuff2/beers.gif
