I haven't been on the boards for a while - I see a different boat - I thought you had your eye on a new 21XRD - Do you like the new ride? - Fred
Fred, had my eye on several boats but went with the Stroker for several reasons!! I like her more each time I take her out.. ANd that has only been twice so far. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/smile.gif http://www.bassboatcentral.com/boardstuff2/beers.gif Louis
Hey Lou!! Long time no speak lol. Can you give me some details about how the 20xd was loaded when these tests were conducted??? Thanks, Shayne http://www.bassboatcentral.com/boardstuff2/beers.gif
Actually that test was on a 20XDC, not an XD. The test was done with two people, three batteries, a motor guide troller, the livewells empty, and a full tank of gas(about 30 gallons). The boat had a 12 inch Rapid Jack., 1.62 Sportmaster lower unit, and was run around 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 inches above the pad. That is the information that I have read about the test, some of it may be off a little, you know how the net can be.
Thanks Spec!! What prop are you running for fishing?? Dont you have the same setup? Thanks alot.... Shayne
My set-up is quite different. I have a 10 inch Detweiler Hydraulic plate and a Minn Kota Pro 80 Troller (Very Heavy). I run a 28 Bravo 1 with one inch vent holes to fish with. It will consistently run 88-90 loaded to fish with two people and has a great hole shot. I have ran a 30 Bravo 1 that had one and a quarter inch vent holes and the holeshot was almost the same but it ran about 3 miles an hour faster. I just haven't tried to find me one to buy as I have been very happy with the 28 Bravo so far.
Hey Louis I realize this is an old thread but I just repowered to a 250xs on my 20DC and am interested. Where can I view this test I see its gone from the first post now
Thanks

No problem, Lou... http://www.bassboatcentral.com/boardstuff2/beers.gif
I just bought a new 21xrd w/ performance prop - there aren't any markings, mfg, or pitch - how can I tell if it IS a performance prop and size?
Take the nut and washer off and look there on the top of the prop hub, it will say performer and pitch.. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/smile.gif
Lou,
Top of hub - EOT-14327-RU and (10) on separate stamp - no other markings - I'm puzzled???
