Yep, had a couple small showers monday afternoon and a few sprinkles during the day yesterday. Then about 2-3 hours of rain last night. I just got home, this morning. The fish were going crazy on one of my humps yesterday afternoon. 20-25 from 3:30-5pm on a big H2O crankbait and redbug Ole Monster worm. Just got back to my cove when i saw lightning in the NW sky.
I also saw the a barge working in the San Miguel boat lane. It made it's way to the bank where 1215 hits the water either for the night or because of the approaching front.

I was tracking the storm over the sabine river (texas) and from what i sw on the radar, it got rained on pretty much all day and night!! but now the intesity of rain would be the inconsistant. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/eyes.gif
But I figure if the main tributary get's alot of water, all that water SHOULD run into TB.
I don't think i saw any dams on the satellite view so there shouldn't be any restrictions of water flow.
just being optimistic http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/praying.gif
Except for so much of it being absorbed in the ground.

The folks at the Bend better run for cover.
i was told by a marine biologist or something of that nature that it would take 54 inches of rain after ground saturation to bring the lake back to pool, so i guess well take every tenth we can get cause we might be here a while
