Had my first batch of crawfish last night at 1921 and gotta say, it was a long time coming. 5$ a lb but it was worth every penny. some of the best crawfish around here thats for sure. some big swamp dads from choupic.........they have an awsome taste. we dont start that up though until good friday

1921 is closer in taste to your crawfish than Big Als.

Yep, it wouldn't matter if they were 10 bucks a pound, these coonasses will sell their first born to eat early season crawfish.
