White Z71 and White Gambler

Hey fella's,
Last night on my way coming from the plant. They had a guy who passed me up on Hwy 23 pulling a White Gambler. I thought it was another guy who I know. I made a stop in Kenner before I got back on the interstate going west. Well about 5 miles before the I-55 detour in LaPlace. I caught up with this guy again. I notice that he had a out of state tags on the truck and the boat (The Show Me State). I was wondering if this guy could have been a scout or pro doing so scouting for the up coming Classic. What do y'all think?

Nope, I know that guy also. The truck and boat had out of state tags. It was headed north I-55..
