Started at 253 and I am down to 228. Shooting for 205-210 but I am taking my time http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/Laugh.gif I began this regimen early January. I exercise 4-5 times per week for at least 40 minutes each time. I run, lift weights, and do the elliptical. My diet is improved but not perfect. I cut most of the white junk (rice, bread, pasta) and consume minimal sugar. I eat a lot of protein and don't eat too much carbs, but I do have some or I will have no energy. I do cheat a few times a week, which helps so I don't go crazy. I have difficulty sticking with this type of thing so I am trying to be realistic and not kill myself with diet. I just don't eat it every day like I used to http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/Laugh.gif I will have it every so often the weekends or when I go to a party etc... We just cook with whole grain pasta and rice. It takes some getting used to but it is not so bad.

now let's not get irrational!! One thing I am not willing to give up is the occasional steak and hamburgers!!! However, we substitute ground turkey for beef most of our meals.
