I know this is a dumb question but wanted to be on the safe side. With motor muffs placed on motor and water turned on. I crank the motor, should water be coming out of the pee hole instantly or does it take a few moments?

It does take a short period of time to "fill" the engine block and cooling system. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/wink.gif
