Re: Mono or florocarbon line (kstatebass)
For me it all depends on how heavy the cover is I am flipping into. If it's some nasty stuff I stick with mono (20-25LB Big Game) but for the most part 75% of my jig and soft plastic flippin is/was on flouro.

XPS florocarbon from BPS.
Re: Mono or florocarbon line (Edward)
Seaguar floro. I used floro for the first time last year now I'm hooked and like said it isn't cheap. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/doh.gif

Re: Mono or florocarbon line (kstatebass)
Floro for most apps, but mono for topwater (floro line sinks) and also depending on season mono for jerkbaits early, floro for later in the year. Early jerk bait often takes long pauses so mono line wont sink below the suspending bait. Have been using Cabelas floro for general use, Invizex floro for light line. Maxima for mono. I use braid for frogs on grass. Bob J

mono mono mono. Light mono for clear water. I haven't found a fluoro that I'm willing to spool up.
Re: Mono or florocarbon line (jaycount)
Florocarbon for jigs, plastics, jerkbaits and some crankbaits, braid for buzzbaits, frogs, toads and punching mats and Izorline platitum for topwaters, spinnerbaits and some crankbaits. Larry Brumley
