I am going to try to get out this next Saturday march 27th and need some help. I have heard good things about both of these lakes, but which one would be better this time of year. The guy I'm goin with lives in pamona and doesn't want to travel more than an hour. If anyone knows of any other good lakes let me know. I have been to both and would lean more toward Lyon co between those two.

must b nice to have so many pieces of water to choose from...I am so jealous I need to find a place to move my State Farm agency a little further east

Lone Star for me as well...great little lake that has some good fish in it.
