One call that always gets to me.

Phone rang at 3 am. Was advised that there was a barricaded suicidal subject in grandview plaza at the new apartment complex. All we knew was he was locked in a bathroom with a loaded gun, drunk and high on cocaine. I get to the PD, get all my gear on along with everyone else, and we get the call off. Dude popped himself in the head. I've worked a ton of deaths, homicides, overdoses, baby's with SIDs, you name it. These suicides always get to me more than almost anything else.
