No reason why that couldn't work. Might take a lot of memory, however, to map very large areas.......like LOZ where I fish most of the time.
With Dane unemployed and the fact that I just bought a new SI unit, we were thinking that maybe he could make some money by SIing lots of docks on LOZ and coupling that with actual pics of the dock/property from the water and coordinating that with GPS coordinates and assemble a book of good docks with brush/structure. Of course, could include main lake and secondary points as well. Assemble it in some kind of sections for ranges of lake miles and sell it.
