Great day on the water

Had a great day on the water today went to the lake at about 11:30 get there water looks awsome, get everything ready to go adn open the middle box. Guess what no life jackets http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/mad.gif http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/mad.gif so back to town I go get back to the lake at about 12:15pm. Get on teh water motor fires right up adn runs like a stripped azz ape http://xs-s.com/zf/images/smile/emthup.gif. I new it was goign to be a good day when on the 5th cast caught on about 10" long. Well got 6 bites total had 3 in 14-15" range all largemouth. Caught a really nice chunky 3# LM on drop shot, and the big bass of the day was a 3-4 Spot ( on my scales) she ate that LC pointer up. All in all a really good day for a jerkbait bite. 6 bite 5 on a LC pointer and 1 ona DS.

I not a jerkbait fan but man tha was a blast Had one fish that almost ripped the rod out of my hand. Pretty impressive for water that is 45-47 degree's.
