Junction City just beat a ferocious Wichita Heights team 21-13. They were up 21-0 in the 4th, but heights rallied. Great game and Heights had the worst fans I've ever seen!!!! There players were horrible as far as sportsmanship goes. Glad to see them suckers lose! It was horrible! Bring on DERBY! Not saying we will win, however, We just beat a Heights team that STOMPED Derby 2 weeks ago and gave them their first loss! I have a feeling it will be a repeat of last years Derby/JC matchup. Not sure if it was true or not, but we heard that one of the D lineman for Heights is going to play at OU? Maybe just a rumor, but they had the size to go to a d-1 level. Obviously they bulk up even more....Glad we got the W!
Just listened to it on the radio, but sounded like Heights kind of got out of hand there at the end. Did a player get ejected? The commentators seemed to have a hard time getting everything sorted out.

Heights players do spend a lot of time in the weight room. My son played Defensive End for Heights ('99-'02) and he was in the weight room everyday from his first day of high school. The FB coach was always after him to bulk up. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/ohwell.gif
