Crest Lancer HS Football

We won over Chetopa last night 50-22 I think. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/boardstuff2/beers.gif http://www.bassboatcentral.com/boardstuff2/beers.gif http://www.bassboatcentral.com/boardstuff2/beers.gif
Our boys played an awesome first quarter then slipped in the second. At half time it was 22-28 http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/sweating.gif We dominated the second half.

I finally got some playing time off of kick off/ return squads at noseguard. I got a fumble recovery there. Then I got bounced out to defensive end where I had back-to-back sacks.

I got maybe 5 minutes of playing time, but I think I did pretty good with my limited time.

The field was crap. The grass was about 18" tall, there was 2 or 3 inches of nasty, putrid, rotten, mosquito infested water on the field underneath the grass. It was nasty. Good job in your game with Chetopa. You haven't seen a muddy field until you play on Maron's field today. I went by their Saturday morning and you couldn't see a bit of green grass anywhere between the 20yd line to 20 yd line.
