Re: Flooding continues (tritonryan)
It sounds like Bob already has issues with water in his basement. Hopefully he doesn't have to deal with floodwaters, too. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/doh.gif Anyone heard from him?????

Re: Flooding continues (tritonryan)
I live less than 1/2 mile from stranger creek. (known for flooding), but i live on a highlands to the east side. So i am in no danger of property damage.
But the main road to my house was closed for about a day. ( had to use the back roads). 24/40 was within inches of being under water. Evans road was under water and closed for several hours.
The 600acre farm field next to stanger creek is under several feet of water, looks like a huge lake.
Good luck to those that live close to running water and be careful out there!
Re: Flooding continues (sclark)
Bad news for that area. Glad I got through yesterday. Saw one levee breached yesterday around the IA/MO border. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/crying.gif
