Re: Golfing in Manhattan (cgs2004)
Only time I have been to Colbert was to fish....so no help from me...
Played Stagg Hill once because of a work thing, I guess it was a nice course. But I hate golf so I guess I am really just no help... http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/eyes.gif

Also, I saw online that Colbert Hills has a 9 hole executive course (par 3) thats pretty cheap to play. Anyone ever play it?</TD></TR></TABLE>
I'd rather have a bad day of fishing than have a good day of Golf! http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/smile.gif
Re: Golfing in Manhattan (tritonryan)
The one by the lake is a nice golf course and Stag Hill is ok too.
Both are a lot cheaper then Cobert

We do that ever year at the Palmer fun days (or what ever they call it.)
You can take 3 clubs, hit tennis balls in the pasture and try to get in a tractor tire.
this course is spead over 80 acres.
full 18 holes, across water, everything a real course has.
except
no golf carts----4 wheelers
no beer girls-----coolers strapped to 4 wheelers
no tees-----------empty beer cans
no ball washers----------who cares

I think I like the sound of your kind of golfing Blaaha http://xs-s.com/zf/images/smile/emthup.gif
I'd much rather watch a girl catch a fish than swing a club any day, now washing balls may be a different story...
Re: Golfing in Manhattan (cgs2004)
Nothing better than a good ball washer, except for maybe a fire hat washer. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/boardstuff2/beers.gif
