My wife was whacking them Sunday afternoon.
My wife kept catching fish and showing them off to the Pros as they were running by on their way back to the boat ramp late Sunday afternoon. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/embarassed.gif She was so tickled.
She was sure whooping Lucas and I. We caught about 8 good fish before dark and a few after dark. I need to learn to work that footbal jig as slow as she does. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/embarassed.gif

Football jig you say? Hmm......I see a bobber in one pic - sure it wasn't shiners?? http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/Laugh.gif
Is that the wall/point that borders that rock quarry?

Picked up the bobber as it came floating by.
Not near the rock quary. We were just outside of Paris Landing. The fish from the Triton owners tourney are setting up on the structure out there where they were released last week.

That's pretty cool! I wouldn't have thought the Triton owner bass would be biting after only a week. I always thought that it took at least two to three weeks before they would get over their tournament experience.

2 weeks? http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/Laugh.gif How about 1 or 2 days. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/eyes.gif The tourney was just over Sat. If they are hungry they will eat. The one in the second picture had a hook cut off in it's gullet. I removed it pretty easy so it could eat better.

2 days is BEST!!!! When I was a kid...I would troll down a bank by the ramp in a creek off the river where I am from (Cannelton Pool of the Ohio). Normally you would be hard pressed to catch three fish off of it...EXCEPT 2 days after a tourney...throw a 1/4 oz white spinnerbait and catch fish all day long!!!
