Question for Ohio fishermen

When I was younger I spent a lot of time at my Grandparents in Vermilion, Ohio. We used to buy a rig made for White Bass, had a float with a concave face to which a leader was attached with a small fly at the end. Can anyone tell me if they are still available and if so where.....?

There's something like that down here that is used for speckled trout, called a "poppin cork." Those might be a bit large for your use though.
