I fished until about 1:30 and caught several fish with 4 or 5 over 15". Good solid fish. Surface temp 73-77. Water stained. Caught most fish in 3-5' around the old weeds from last summer. Some of which you couldn't see. Most came on soft plastics with the biggest one (see pic) falling to a Legal Limit Lures buzzbait. I had a good time since I hadn't been to Barren for a while

Man water temp is dropping fast, Tues. water was 80.3.

Thanks for the plug daniel, buzzbait bite is picking up everywhere, sold 15 of them today and has been the same about the last week or so. Always a sure sign of that bite taking off. Should only get better next couple weeks or so. I have some gold blades in now if you need any. You missed a nice ride on ky lake last weekend. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/doh.gif
