It seems as though KY lake is hot now, anyone have any reports of Barkley? Esp. Tn part of Barkley. I'm goin out of dover saturday in that ABA and I haven't been on barkley since October and haven't heard a report either so it will be a crap shoot at best.

You'll be about 1 mile from my brother's house. He lives about 2 bays up from Hickman creek. I love fishing down there.

It was pretty muddy when I was at KY last week. You should IM Dave Stewart. He will know.
Only had one report on south Barkley this week...it was not good. Guys said they only had one bite all day...they are both good anglers too. North Barkley is a different story...I have been on it 3 times this week....very good bite two of those days....shallow on traps and brush hogs/spinnerbaits in the brush.
I've fished that south end before, and it's a different world! If you like flippin', there's plenty to throw at! It's more like a river on that end. Good luck!
