a little something about LG Electronics (little long)

I had to buy a new computer last spring and I bought a LG 19" flat panel with it. About a month ago it went out. It had a 3 year swap warranty with it so I thought no big deal. I shipped it back and waited and waited and waited. Last week they called and the lady said they the 19" monitor's weren't scheduled for production again for another month. I jokingly said well that's ok you can just send me a 20" then. Her reply was, "ok is a wide screen ok?" It took me about 15 minutes to pick my chin back up off the floor to say "yes that's fine". SOOOO I now have a 20"widescreen flat panel for the price of a 19" and holy crap this is saaaaaaweeeeet. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/eek.gif I've been lucky in the last year with buying products that were backed by outstnading customer service. They absolutely went out of the way to keep a customer happy and that's exactly how it should be. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/bows.gif

I am a LG Electronics dealer. I carry LG LCD televisions. I to am impressed with the LG swap warranty. On televisions, the warranty is a new TV if a part is not available for 14 days or more. The other brands I carry do not offer that type of service. LG has become our number one brand even though we have been carrying the line for only six months.

Mike, I am coming to see you soon. After todays announcement about Toshiba, and the fact that I am not in the HD world yet, I need to do something. everything I have is Toshiba. There has been a rumor for awhile that Toshiba is working on a Blu-Ray DVD unit. Looks like that is more than a rumor. Toshiba makes a very good TV. Even though I have sold a ton of Toshiba, I prefer LG because they are one of the only companies that actually makes the panels. Panels being the most expensive part. Let me know when you are going to stop by. I will be gone next week on vacation.
