I am in Aurora right now but looking to get back to Northern Kentucky soon.
Cool fellows! You guys fish Tanner's creek much? I live in Hidden Valley and fish the lake here alot. I really like it here alot.
I have gone out of Tanner's once. Just went out to catch whatever would bite. Ended up at the warm water discharge catching mostly skipjack and whites. If I fish lakes in that area it is usually Brookville.
I live in the Valley as well.
We just moved here this past summer!
Do you fish with the fish and game club?
I am going to try and make it to the meeting on Tues.
Hi. I live in Northern Kentucky, Alexandria. Not too far from you. I fish Brookville Lake, Tanners Creek, East Fork Lake, Ohio and Licking Rivers and all of the small No Ky Lakes.

Todd I sent you an IM.
Fished Tanners creek too many times to name. I fish Brookville in the spring and the fall. They do have some good smallmouth but they seem to be tough to catch. If you want to hook up and fish give me a shout on email or Im. Noodler
Yeah Brookville can be good and can be tough some days.
Hey nkyangler, The best day I had (brookville) was last summer I was leaving after catching a few and right by the ramp where I put in there is a cove (by the dam) and just off the riprap there was a small pad of floating vegetation and I casted a shaky head worm. I can't remember for sure but I believe I caught ten fish on consecutive casts. I think I ended up boating 14 or so. http://xs-s.com/zf/images/smile/emthup.gif
I would definitely consider that a good day at Brookville. Best I ever had was night fishing. Caught several decent smallies and landed a couple of nice largemouth.
