I've got a tournament at Herrington Oct 28, small bass club. I've never fished the lake. We're putting in at King's Mill. Any help on what's going on now and any good spots would be appreciated. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/praying.gif

you can either fish rock walls or........rock walls http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/Laugh.gif seriously though, id stick with a jig and shakey head. i like the guinn island area. in front of the island and behind. i havent heard any recent reports sorry.
I was raised 5 miles or so from Kennedy Bridge, I'd fish from the hogback (both sides) to Gwinn's Island, including Mock's Creek, topwater early then cranks and jigs. My second spot would be the east bank just before you get to Herrington Marina crankin'. I caught 7 keepers on 9 casts one Oct. with my wife cheering me on! The stretch between Red Gate and Herrington Marina is one of my favorite spots. I would also wear out Mile Stretch with a crank.
I loves me some Herrington aka The Dead Sea.
Thanks for the info guys http://xs-s.com/zf/images/smile/emthup.gif http://xs-s.com/zf/images/smile/emthup.gif

This is what I have seen produce the few times I've been on it. Good luck!
