MIBA Monroe tourney

We had our first tourney of the year at Monroe this past Sunday. We had 19 people turn out to fish. Had a couple regulars (kbiddle and son, and ryanarcher) from this site make an appearance. Too bad the fish didn't cooperate. The weigh in was a little dismal.
1st - 3 fish for just under 7
2nd - 1 fish just under 5
3rd - 1 fish just over 3
What makes the weights even worse is the fact that the guy that won, did it out of the back of my boat. He caught 3 fish and all 3 measured. I don't think I even had a bite. Of course, we were using the same baits. Might be time to take up golf.
There were two others that had a fish. It was a great turn out. Our next tourney is on Patoka on April 23rd if anyone else is interested.

Not nearly enough of a tip since I burnt up the starter solenoid in the boat again.
We chased around an absolute hog for a little while but couldn't get it to hit. We found some water that was kind of clear and he was up sunning himself but didn't want anything to do with us. I'm guessing he would have went at least 7.
