Trailer Help/Advice

Soooo.. I have a 2008 Alpha 211. My trailer is fully painted red. Ontop of the fenders where the diamond plate sit is starrting to rust really bad. Paint is bubbling and everything. So..... I was at the Richmond Bass Expo and noticed alot of trailers are now coated in the Line X/ Rhino Liner stuff. Is this an option? Only spray the fenders maybe? How much would it cost to get the stainless steel fenders like I see on other Legend trailers? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
