A60 actuator on marine master trailer???
Wanting to put a new one on mines shot. It looks like the inside assembly is welded to housing, is it? if so how do I replace inside assembly? Its also a swing away tongue. When I stop it slams foward. It could be just shock or master cylinder but sometimes it leaks from actuator underneath. Yesturday both my brake fluid reservoir caps flew off. Thanks for info. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/thumbsup2.gif

Go to UFPnet.com they have the manual for the A60 actuator. You should be able to buy one direct from them. Also they have great customer service they go above and beyond, They have for me. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/thumbsup2.gif http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/thumbsup2.gif

I have the manual. Can just the inside assembly be replaced? Current one, looks welded to outer housing?

I redone my ranger trail trailer, I found I could get the whole inner slide assemble cheaper than the parts to rebuild. got it from these guys http://www.trailerandtruckpart....html cheapest total cost I could find at the time, shipped fast no problems with them. YMMV The link is to the tandem axle actuator but they have single axle as well.
To remove mine I removed brake line at the solenoid and cut the wire then the fun began as the pins were rusted to the rollers so heating them up several times and a big hammer it finally came apart. Installing the new one was a breeze.

I just replaced mine on my Rangertrail. It was bolted in place so all I had to do was remove the bolts and screws and slide it out of the tongue housing(after disconnecting brake fluid lines). Quite easy.

Big Jay, yes you can replace just the inner slide. Trailer with one brake axle uses p/n 34043
