Ive never heard of anyone selling ready made bunks.
It's easy to do. I used my truck jack and a board with a piece of old carpet under the transom to raise the boat just enough to get the bunks out.
A stapler and SS staples. The carpet can be bought ready cut. 2x4's, hand saw, wrenches.
Around 1 hr or so. All done !
Mike, you might want to check with a BBC sponsor. If you're in a pinch I'd call ajax trailers, they're located in Warren on 10 Mile between Dequindre and Ryan.
pre made 100% rot proof. http://<a href="http://www.cabelas.c...ct...66880</a>
Those are for the sides on some trailers (usually not bass boats).
I'd think being composite they wouldn't hold weight well, which is probably why they aren't listed as regular bunk boards
And for those who say they won't scratch gel coat, read the reviews..............

I had also had trouble with my boards but I had put my boat in the water and installed the bunk board right at the lake across the street in the parking lot. I had purchased the board at the local Home Depot that were treated!!!!! I also purchased 2 bolts as well. I then purchased the carpet at the local boat store and stapled them in my driveway.... http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/USA1.gif
I picked up one 60 in set from BPS for $ 42.00 but I will probably have to make the other set since they are about 9 ft long. I'll call the place in Warren Michigan and see what they are talking about or buy some womanized 2x4's and do it myself.
